Welcome to AAVBAS

Welcome to Adivasi Alemari Vimukta Budakattu Samudayagala Abhivruddhi Samsthe (AAVBS), a registered non-profit society dedicated to the holistic development and social empowerment of Karnataka’s most marginalized communities.

We work with Adivasi (Tribal), Alemari (Nomadic), Vimukta (Denotified), and Budakattu communities across Vijayapura district and beyond, addressing historical injustices and creating pathways to dignity, self-reliance, and sustainable development.

🎯 Our Mission

To uplift tribal, nomadic, and de-notified communities through education, health services, livelihood development, and rights-based advocacy. To promote sustainable agriculture, skill development, and employment, enabling rural and tribal youth to build strong livelihoods. To preserve and promote tribal culture, art, heritage, and traditional knowledge systems, ensuring identity and pride.

👁️ Our Vision

To build an inclusive, empowered, and self-reliant society where Adivasi, Alemari, Vimukta Jati, Budakattu, and other marginalized communities live with dignity, equal opportunities, and complete social justice. We envision a future where every child is educated, every family is healthy, every woman is empowered, and every tribal community thrives with cultural pride and sustainable development.
